I grew up in Japan and have travelled to over 50 countries since. Nippon & Nomad began as personal obsession and became a practice: opening doors for the people who want more than a postcard. Years between Tokyo's backstreets, Tel Aviv's beachfront kitchens, and the small piazzas of southern Europe.
